Horien Biotech (7814) will officially list on the
OTC market on July 15th. The company announced on July 9th that not only did
its June revenue see a remarkable year-on-year increase of over 200%, but it
also successfully obtained three Class 4 medical device marketing
authorizations from the Thai Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) on July 7th.
Horien Biotech stated that its consolidated revenue
in June increased significantly by 209.29% compared to the same period last
year; its cumulative revenue for the first six months of this year also
increased by 55.78% compared to the same period last year, demonstrating a
steady growth trend. The company stated that with the increasing penetration
rate of its core technologies in regenerative medicine and clinical
applications, the shipment volume of its core products is entering a period of
explosive growth, resulting in strong operational momentum.
Furthermore, Horien Biotech has also achieved a
milestone breakthrough in expanding into the ASEAN market. On July 7th, the
company officially received notification that its core R&D products,
"Horien Extracellular Membrane," "Horien Collagen Bone Graft Matrix,"
and "Horien Collagen Matrix," have all passed the Thai FDA review and
successfully obtained the highest level of medical device approval—Class 4—for
market sales in Thailand.
Horien Biotech pointed out that Thailand is a core
market for medical aesthetics and high-end medical care in Southeast Asia. This
successful acquisition of the highly challenging Class 4 market approval is not
only an international affirmation of Horien Biotech's R&D capabilities and
excellent manufacturing quality, but also will immediately translate into
substantial orders for export to the Thai market, significantly contributing to
future revenue.
Listing on the OTC Market: Poised for the Next
Golden Growth Period. Horien Biotech General Manager Ho Hsin-yu stated,
"Today marks a significant milestone in Horien Biotech's development
history. Listing not only introduces more capital market resources but also
enhances the company's international visibility. Combined with recent strong
revenue performance and the acquisition of advanced medical device certifications
in Thailand, we are fully confident in propelling Taiwan's regenerative
medicine technology onto a wider international stage, creating maximum value
for our shareholders."
The biotechnology and medical industry has been a
star sector strongly supported by the OTC Market in recent years. Horien
Biotech, leveraging its high-tech collagen biomedical material technology, laid
a solid foundation during its emerging market phase. Now, upon listing, it
simultaneously possesses two major engines: "revenue explosion" and
"expansion into new overseas markets." The anticipated honeymoon
period after listing and its medium- to long-term overseas expansion performance
are highly promising for the market.
