October 20, 2026 – Support for the Periodontal Fundamentals Hands-on Course at E-Da Hospital Bridging theory and practice— Integrating professional knowledge with clinical techniques! The Professional Affairs Department of Horien Biotech visited E-Da Hospital to support the "2026 Periodontal Fundamentals Hands-on Course." We engaged with the participating dentists, exchanging insights on periodontal surgical techniques and the clinical application of regenerative materials. Horien Biotech also provided our collagen-based product line and detailed material specifications on-site, helping the dentists gain a deeper understanding of the material properties and handling techniques during the hands-on sessions. We extend our gratitude to E-Da Hospital and all the instructors for their thoughtful organization. It was a pleasure to take part in such a professional and highly enriching hands-on course.

Friday, October 16, 2026 | Beach Cleanup at Daan, Taichung Today, the team at Horien Biotech set aside their daily tasks, stepping out of the office and heading to the coast of Daan, Taichung, to contribute to the marine environment through concrete action. From plastic bottles and various plastic products to all sorts of household waste, everyone worked together—bending down to collect the debris— helping the coastline gradually return to its natural state! 2026.08_Obtaining US patent: Biodegradable Double-J Stentand Method Of Manufacturing The Same, Patent Application No.: 18/444,629.

Horien Biotech (7814) was transferred from the Emerging Stock Market to the OTC Market today (16th). With its overseas expansion and new product development continuing, analysts are optimistic about the company's sustained growth momentum.  Horien Biotech stated that its June revenue increased by 209.29% year-on-year, benefiting from increased demand in Taiwan, the United States, and overseas markets. Regarding its overseas expansion, the company obtained three Class 4 medical device marketing authorizations in Thailand in July, and Class III medical device licenses in the Philippines and Vietnam are expected to be obtained soon, strengthening its presence in the Southeast Asian market. Furthermore, its bio-ink products are expected to be exported to the European market by the end of the year.  In terms of R&D, Horien Biotech's independently developed biodegradable ureteral stent has obtained a Taiwanese invention patent and plans to apply for patents in the United States, Europe, and China. Currently, sample development has been completed and the product has entered the animal testing phase. The company pointed out that the product is expected to improve the problem of traditional ureteral stents requiring a second surgery for removal. In addition, collagen regeneration patches developed using decellularization technology have entered the trial production stage, targeting the surgical and orthopedic tissue repair market.  Regarding supply chain development, its subsidiary, Shengli Biotechnology, has signed memorandums of understanding and cooperation agreements with Taiwan Sugar Corporation and Taiwan Livestock Corporation to establish a supply chain for animal-derived raw materials for medical devices that complies with ISO 13485 and ISO 22442 standards, ensuring the supply of high-end collagen medical device raw materials.  Chairman Tsai Kuo-Tien stated that listing on the OTC market is a significant milestone for the company. Moving forward, the company will continue to deepen its existing markets in dentistry and surgery, and promote the development of high-end medical device products and overseas markets.
